Back injuries are absolutely terrible. I broke mine about 12 years ago in a Motorcycle Accident and it completely changes everything!! Im glad youre doing better and definitely glad youre able to walk!! Please dont overdue it. I did way too much in November and ended up back on the hospital for 4 days. Even 12 years later. Keep your spirits up!!

I came here to say something unrelated to the video, and I haven't watched it yet. I can say I hope everything heals good, I've been struggling with lower back issues for over a year now and it's scary, you never know if or when your body will heal. What I wanted to say is I've become a fan of the off roading I've seen on UA-cam and some of the content creators are apparently not a fan of me which indirectly makes me not like them. Matt's Off Road Recovery, Tom Tom's Garage, and Bleepin' Jeep have all apparently blocked me on UA-cam from being a subscriber to their channels (maybe it's a coincidence or maybe their affiliated). Since your channel is very similar to theirs I wanted to thank you for not blocking me, and hopefully you never do.

Luckily everything has healed nicely, but it did come at a cost. Thank you for the will wishes!! Sorry to hear you have been blocked. I typically never block anyone. UA-cam or Instagram…I don’t live for applause or get bothered by negativity & feedback in the form of comments is simply part of the game. I’m here to create and share content and people can feel however they want about it. 😊

The muscles never fully heal. I've had a back injury for going on 20 yrs and the muscles still have their days that they just are tense and try and protect that area. You'll have to learn to deal with them. Lots of ibuprofen, stretching, and massaging will help.

There are people that have had the same injuries and it takes them years to come back and some never do all the way. Your doing AWESOME 👌 👏 👍 Thanks for the video

I noticed how my feet started to looked different y'all my gosh dar feet started getting muscles! 🚨 I would be wrong if me not to share your Booty muscles will get so sore but you won't realize this until you go to set down for me it was when I woke up in the morning to use the bathroom "It was at that moment" 🫨😭 how an I going to set on the toilet or wipe my @$$ 🫨😭🏋🏽‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️ this will pass 🏋🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️

Not sure if you will read this but I suffered with my back for many years. I was in 3 vehicle accidents high speed hits 2 from behind 1 on my driver side and I guess because I was a young woman at the time I was never told about physical therapy, I was also told you'll be fine after about a week of full rest, and I was except I wasn't my back was always an issue when I was doing physical activity for a day!! So I ended up gaining some weight bcuz less active, and that doesn't help the back either, I'm a petite person 5 feet tall and my weight is between 120 - 130 normally, I got up to 181. I had to lose weight! 🤷🏽‍♀️I kept wanting to stop working out Bcuz my BACK PAIN I made sure to always have on a back brace I wore a contractors belt when I worked out, I'm not Gunna lie the 1st year was f'n not easy I never worked out b4, and I was in my late twenties suffering with my back more than ever!!! 🩵Well my L O V E L I E S 🩵 Today I understand how IMPORTANT muscle strength is and how important it is to work every muscle in your body like you are doing Holly when working on the vehicle. 🩵 But you need to build your muscles in your back, and your Back shouldn't be a problem once you do! 🩵 I made sure to wear my back brace, I started off walking up a hill wearing a weight vest near my home and doing squats and sit-ups holding a weight ball 🏀 on my stomach, I would 😢 cry and would slack off a day or 2 UNTIL I noticed "Holy 💩 my back does hurt" 😯🤸🏽‍♀️and I started to touch my back it felt strange to me it was Firm tight I guess is how I would describe it! 🏋🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️No More Poppin Aleve everyday for back pain for me anymore 😊 lesson learned I'm 43 and remain physically active with no back issues! 🩵Build up your back strength your core muscles you won't regret it in the long hall 🩵 you might if you don't! Love y'all 💞

Just wanted to let you know that you are an inspiration. I grew up offroading, and in August of 2020,I broke my neck in a car wreck. I had to have a 3 vertebrae fusion done, and was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. I'm starting to get back out there, and playing with my XJ now. Just knowing what you went through, and have accomplished is very inspiring to me. Thank you for being a very strong individual, and showing us it can be done!!!

Dearest young lady, I am now realizing how much I have missed your videos. And I wanted to tell you about my compression fracture experience. Let me see now, I was a "youthful" 70 when my back reached its point of culmination. Sadly my breaking point does not have a story of jumping sand dunes and rock crawling (boy, that sounds like a lot of fun) but it just wore out I had back pains for over a year before it finally fractured, compressed, broke, it did something and that was my worst pain ever. But we (the we being my doctors and me) misread the symptoms and the problem spot continued to compress, break down, and whatever else on its way to a breaking point. I wanted the medical people to put the cement stuff into it but doctors have this responsible fear of slicing into a somewhat working spine; so I wore a stylish back brace for some months. I am overly aware of every ache and pain in my back and so far, so good. Except that I can't dial back the aging clock, dang it anyway..
